HP announced their new ePrint technology along with several new products including the HP Photosmart e-All-in-One web-connected inkjet printer earlier this summer.
The Photosmart e-All-in-One is one of four new Photosmart printers that feature the ePrint platform allowing users to print to the Photosmart e-All-in-One from any application, any device, anywhere by giving the new printer an e-mail address. Users will then be able to print from any device that has e-mail access by simply inputting the printer's unique e-mail address.

The HP Photosmart e-All-in-One resembles the Photosmart Plus and Photosmart C4780 with the glossy black exterior, left side control panel and rectangular build. The approximate dimensions are 17 x 16 x 7 inches and it weighs in at less than 11 pounds.
The 48-bit flatbed scanner is found under the top panel and has a maximum optical scan resolution up to 1200 dpi. Scan images and documents up to A4 size to your PC.
The 2.36-inch LCD with TouchSmart frame is located on the front left of the printer. Use the Photosmart e-All-in-One to connect to the web without a PC and print coupons, recipes, creative projects, directions, etc. at the touch of the button.
Beneath the control panel is the built-in card reader, power button and ePrint wireless button. The Photosmart e-All-in-One is compatible with the following media: Memory Stick Duo, SD, SDHC and MMC.
Flip down the combined 80-sheet input/output tray to start printing or load paper. The HP Photosmart e-All-in-One can print on a variety of media up to legal size.
Pull open the middle of the printer to access the printhead. HP supplies users with two HP 60 standard capacity cartridges instead of two 60XL high capacity cartridges as we originally reported. The confusion was based around two different Photosmart e-All-in-One editions: the regular edition sold through the HP website and authorized retailers and the bundle edition (the unit we have in for review) only sold at Costco retailers. However, both editions are packaged with two standard capacity 60 ink cartridges despite the misprint on some bundle editions' packaging. The only real difference between the two editions is the inclusion of a USB cable in the bundle edition.
Users will find all connections on the back of the HP Photosmart e-All-in-One. Set up the printer over a wireless or Hi-Speed USB connection. HP does include a USB cable for set up in the bundle edition sold at Costco. Otherwise users will need to purchase an USB cable separately.
